Spanish driving licences use the same 32×26 mm 'foto carnet' as the DNI — colour, plain background, head uncovered. Here's the twist: since November 2024 the DGT normally reuses the photo and signature already in its records for renewals, so you often don't need a new photo at all. If one is requested, this is the format.
