When do I need this?
Many online forms reject files over a fixed size — job portals, visa systems and government uploads often cap at 100 KB, 200 KB or 500 KB. Some ask for exact pixel dimensions (e.g. 600 × 600). This tool hits both targets with the best possible quality.
